The Goode Unit (Haller's Haven Trail) and Meadow Pond Trail south of the Railroad tracks are closed this weekend for a youth archery deer and feral hog hunt.
Archery-only White-tailed Deer Hunts will occur on the refuge on
November 7-9, 2026, (Saturday-Monday), Nov. 20-22, 2026, (Friday-Sunday) and
Dec 4-6, 2026, (Friday-Sunday), Harris Creek, Big Mineral, and Sandy Units will be closed for each of the hunts. More Information
